| The "new
room" is available for parties of twenty-five to thirty-five people,
Sunday through Thursday. There is a $25 minimum per person. To secure a reservation for the private room, the Grapevine restaurant requires a nonrefundable deposit of $300. The deposit must be received within seven business days of the date the function is booked. The deposit may be made with a credit card, checks, money orders or cash and it will be applied to the final bill. |

| The deposit may be refunded if a cancellation is made four weeks prior to the scheduled function. If a function is rescheduled at least three weeks prior to the original date, the deposit will be transferred to the rescheduled date. We will not reschedule more than once. A deposit is necessary to confirm your function. | ||||
| For groups of less than 20, there is a room charge of $45 for each person below the number of 20 guests. | ||||
| All food and beverages must be purchased at the Grapevine, with the exception of cakes for which there will be a plate fee of $1.50 per person. We are happy to order special wines if we can which will be priced at our regular conservative mark- up. No alcoholic beverages may be permitted to leave the premises and all persons ordering alcoholic beverages must be of legal age and carry proper identification on their person. Our staff is required by law to avoid over serving alcohol using their judgment. | ||||
Service and Labor Charges |

| Please add to quoted prices, 5% Massachusetts meals tax, 18% gratuity or $80 per server whichever is greater, and a 3% administration fee. Should the number of guests in your party decrease "at the last minute" (less than 48 hours before the scheduled function) the cost of $45.00 per person for those not in attendance will be included on the final check. | ||||
Table Linens |

| Should you wish to have us provide any special ordered linen, we are happy to assist you but there will be the additional charge for the linens. Our house linen is provided at no extra cost. | ||||
Decorations |
||||
| We reserve the right to approve of your decorations and displays or entertainment. We will be happy to assist you with these should you like, but there will be additional costs for our staff to accommodate you. We also reserve the right to include a cleaning fee of $50 should you or your guests choose to use confetti, glitter, or other difficult to clean decorations. We do not allow decorations to be placed on walls. | ||||
Damages |

| We will not be responsible for the loss or damage of any merchandise or articles brought into the restaurant. We do reserve the right to make a deduction from your deposit for any damages done to the restaurant. In the interest of safety, we can also ask that young children be accompanied to the rest rooms by an adult, and that all children be chaperoned at all times. We will not be responsible for injuries to un-chaperoned children. | ||||
